Ownership Options:

Freehold Ownership:

Reserved exclusively for Thai individuals and Thai-owned companies.

Leasehold Ownership:

Available to both foreigners and Thai citizens, with a land lease period of 30 years (renewable for 3 terms of 30 years each).

Tax and Transfer Fee Responsibilities:

Upon ownership transfer, all taxes and fees are to be divided equally 50/50 between the developer and the buyer/lessee. Both parties are required to

fulfill their respective financial obligations related to the transfer.

Payment Structure (Off-Plan Villa):

2.  18%    Contract signing (within 30 days after reservation)

6.  15%    Interior finishing

7.  10%    Ownership transfer
